EMPOWERING LEADERS

Established in 2013, Foundations for Leadership is dedicated to building the skills young people need to succeed in school, thrive in their careers, and make a meaningful impact in their communities.

What is Model UN?

Dynamic Learning

Model United Nations (Model UN) is an engaging, hands-on opportunity for students to explore global issues and find solutions. By stepping into the roles of diplomats and world leaders, students debate international policies, negotiate with allies and adversaries, resolve conflicts, draft resolutions, and navigate formal procedures - all with the goal of fostering cooperation to tackle some of the world's most pressing challenges

Life & Leadership Skills

Model UN is more than just a simulation - it’s a transformative experience that equips students with skills they’ll use for life. Participants sharpen their abilities in research, news literacy, critical thinking, public speaking, persuasive debate, diplomatic negotiation, and cultural awareness. By learning about real-world policies and global development strategies, students gain the confidence and knowledge to become changemakers at the local, national, and international levels.
