Miami Dade Model UN
Miami-Dade Model UN (MDMUN) brings together over 1,200 Florida students each year for dynamic conferences at its longtime home, Miami Dade College North Campus. MDMUN is a Miami-Dade County Public Schools Department of Social Sciences initiative, with all programming, content, and training designed and delivered by Foundations for Leadership. Advisor Eligibility
Student registration must be completed by an adult, certified teacher or school administrator who is officially affiliated with the participating school. All advisors serve as the supervisor and primary point of contact for their delegation prior to and throughout the conference. We do not allow independent registration.
This requirement ensures appropriate supervision and accountability for all participants, supporting a safe conference environment for students, advisors, and staff.
Transportation
M-DCPS District Managed Schools - Once conference registration has closed, the M-DCPS’ Department of Social Sciences will contact advisors regarding transportation and substitute coverage. Schools not managed by M-DCPS are responsible for their own transportation.
