Participation information
Advisor Eligibility
Student registration must be completed by a certified teacher or school administrator affiliated with the participating school. Advisors supervise the delegation and serve as the primary contact before and during the conference.

Independent registration is not permitted.
Transportation
M-DCPS District Managed Schools will receive transportation and substitute coverage information from the district after registration closes. Other schools arrange their own transportation.

M-DCPS Schools
School fee - $200
Delegate fee - $25
Non M-DCPS Schools
School fee - $200
Delegate fee - $35
Fees include conference materials and lunch. High School includes lunch only on the second day. Lunch is included for advisors. Schools may adjust delegate totals until January 22, 2027, when fees are due.
